Q: Is it mandatory to register as a team or individual through the online roster?

A: Yes. The online roster is now the official system for registering in the Hood To Coast/Portland To Coast Relays. We cannot accept paper entry forms that are mailed to the office.

Q: How do I delete a team member?

A: The captain needs to sub that person out and can do so from the captain’s roster page.

Q: How do we add team members?

A: Only the captain has the ability to invite team members.

Q: How do I order extra shirts or medals?

A: Click on the “orders” tab.

Q: How do I pay for my Additions and Substitutions?

A: When your additions or substitutions come to register on the site, they will be asked to pay for the fee before registering. The payment will be handled by PayPal, and is completely safe. You can pay with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

Q: How do I update my 10k time, address, email, or any other personal information?

A: Just log into the system, and click on “my info” tab, make changes, and be sure to click “save” at the bottom. Its that easy!

Q: I lost my password, help!

A: Just go the login screen and click the link that says “I lost my password” and follow the instructions.

Q: I want to create my own personal password instead of using the one assigned to me.

A: Go to the “My info” tab and type the password you want to use in the appropriate field, be sure to click ‘save’ at the bottom of the form.

Q: My birth year is not an option, what should I do?

A: Participants must be 13 or older, and volunteers must be 18 or older. (Some exceptions are made for participant age. Contact the Relay office if you have participants under 13). No exception will be made for requests to have volunteers under 18.

Q: I’m a cancer survivor, and originally checked no to being recognized as such on my race bib. Now I’ve changed my mind. How do I get that recognition?

A: Go to the “My info” tab and type update your choice to be recognized to ‘yes’. Be sure to click ‘save’ at the bottom of the form.

Q: I chose a volunteer job I don’t want now. How can I change that?

A: Unfortunately changes to volunteer assignments are not able to be made, once you’ve submitted your request. This is done to make this system as fair as possible. Thank you for understanding!
