Welcome to the Providence Hood To Coast/Portland To Coast Team Registration. Please complete the following registration form to submit your team for the 2020 lottery.

You must print, read, sign and mail the following waiver to complete your application:
I hereby agree to assume any and all risks associated in any way with my participation as a race participant in or volunteer for the 2020 HOOD TO COAST RELAY, PORTLAND TO COAST WALK RELAY and PORTLAND TO COAST HIGH SCHOOL CHALLENGE RELAY (hereinafter "the event") including, but not limited to illness, traveling to and from the event, injury, contact with spectators or participants, the effects of the weather (including temperature extremes and humidity) and the surface condition of the roads, the negligence of persons involved in the event, all such risks being assumed by me. I also understand that police protection will not be provided. I understand that both vehicle traffic and spectators will be present along the course. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely participate or volunteer for this event and I further agree that race officials may authorize emergency treatment for me. Having read this waiver, and in consideration of the acceptance of me as a participant or volunteer for the event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Foote Sports Productions, Inc., The Hood To Coast Relay, Portland To Coast Walk Relay, Portland To Coast High School Challenge Relay, Hood To Coast Race Series, Better Series, Felicia Hubber, Jude Hubber, Providence Health & Services, Les Schwab, The City of Portland, race officials, volunteers and any and all other sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contractors, employees and any other personnel in any way assisting or connected with this event from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participating or volunteering in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in this waiver. I further agree to submit to arbitration in Beaverton, Oregon any dispute arising out of my participating or volunteering in this event. Entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance, race registrations are not transferable to future years races. Foote Sports Productions, Inc reserves the right to modify or cancel the race or course for safety concerns, road/trail condition concerns or natural disaster. In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees. Each participant must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of the race date – including course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision the event makes that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability. I grant Foote Sports Productions, its employees, and representatives the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the event. I authorize Foote Sports Productions, its assigns and transferees to copyright use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that such photographs of me may be used with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
